1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the t555 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services accessible at t555.io.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account with, accesses, or uses the t555 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with t555.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's t555 Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User via an approved payment method, excluding any bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by t555 under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by t555 before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any activity listed in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone in which all t555 platform timestamps are recorded.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the t555 registration process, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, making a deposit, or accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You have read and agree to the t555 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms (see Section 14) constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a t555 Account, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. t555 is strictly an adults-only platform. Users under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or place bets.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a Prohibited Activity under Section 9.
• Own funds: All funds deposited into your Account must belong to you personally. You must not deposit funds on behalf of, or at the direction of, any third party.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through t555 or any other gambling platform.
• Not a t555 employee: Current employees, contractors, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to hold a t555 Account.

4 Account Registration

To use t555, you must create a personal Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You agree to keep this information up to date.

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. t555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials confidential.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account. If t555 detects that a single individual holds multiple Accounts, all associated Accounts may be suspended, all pending withdrawals voided, and any winnings generated across the duplicate Accounts may be forfeited. t555 reserves the right to take further action in accordance with Section 9.

4.3 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting t555 support via live chat. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after KYC verification is complete. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless already converted to Real Money Funds through wagering.

5 KYC Verification

t555 is required to verify the identity and age of all users before processing withdrawal requests. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid passport (photo page)
• Valid driving licence (front and back)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address (dated within 90 days)
• Selfie photograph holding your identity document, as requested by the t555 compliance team

All documents must be clear, unaltered, and in a legible digital format (JPG, PNG, or PDF). t555 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

All personal data submitted during KYC is handled in accordance with the t555 Privacy Policy.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

t555 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no fees charged by t555 on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that are registered in your name and have been used to fund your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 10 to 20 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. t555 processes all withdrawal requests in the order they are received.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Funds originating from a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• t555 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal.
• In the event of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, t555 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending investigation.

6.4 Currency

All Account balances, transaction amounts, and displayed odds are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). t555 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any funds transferred from payment providers in currencies other than BDT will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction; t555 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on t555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. t555 does not permit cancellation of confirmed bets except where a specific event has been cancelled or abandoned in accordance with the relevant sport rules.
• t555 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during live (in-play) events.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds or the recording of a bet, t555 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled outcome.
• t555 sets its own maximum payout limits per event. Any winnings calculated above the applicable maximum payout limit will be settled at the maximum payout amount.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino game, the records held by t555's servers shall constitute the definitive record of the transaction.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

t555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable as Real Money Funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable time limit will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Slot game contribution rates vary by title. Specific contribution rates are published in the terms of each promotion.
• t555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• t555 may revoke a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines that the User obtained the bonus in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any other Prohibited Activity.
• Only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t555 Platform. Any User found to be engaged in one or more of the following may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all associated funds frozen or forfeited, and may be subject to further legal action:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds of any origin. t555 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or event.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, AI assistants, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform.
• Match fixing / insider information: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a pre-determined sporting outcome, or in connection with any scheme to manipulate the result of a sporting event.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks on deposits made to t555.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the t555 Platform — including but not limited to the t555 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of t555 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in or to Platform content.

You may access and view Platform content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform content without the prior written consent of t555. Unauthorised use of t555 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Privacy & Data

t555 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

t555 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account data is stored on secure servers and is not shared with third parties except as required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

t555 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.

• Loss or corruption of data.

• Losses arising from delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.

t555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total value of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Amendments

t555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, t555 will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of your Real Money Balance.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the t555 Platform that cannot be resolved through the t555 complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

t555 operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside of its intended operating territory. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
